Short Batch Fee

If fewer birds are delivered than originally scheduled without at least 72
hours’ notice, the following fees will apply:

40 to 199 birds short: $40.00 fee

200 or more birds short: $75.00 fee

Cancellation Fee (with fewer than 5 days’ notice)

$150.00 per canceled date

Reschedule Fee (with fewer than 3 days’ notice)

$75.00

Any no-show or same-day cancellation will be charged 25% of
the scheduled slaughter fee (minimum $150).

Poor Feed Withdrawal Fee

$0.35 per bird, applied to the full batch due to systemic feed withdrawal
failure (25%+ birds with full crops). Assessed at Ancestral Pastures LLC
discretion.

Weight-Based Whole/Parted Split Fee

Applies when the customer requests all birds over/under a certain weight
to be whole or parted

Late Arrival Fee

Late arrivals past 7:30 AM will incur a $100/hour late fee to offset
additional labor costs. This fee is separate from any inspector overtime
charges due to tardiness.

Boxing Fee

All parts / whole chickens packed in cardboard boxes $5 per box
